In the Zoo, you will find over 500 animals and over 100 different species from all over the world, but majority comes from local, regional environments such as the Alps, Pannonia and Mediterranean.

Zoo is interesting especially for young families, because parents and their children can participate in different activities and animations and they can even become a zookeeper for a day. This kind of things can really be a special experience for young children, because they see and work with animals, which they know only through television and stories.
